some might look at the work I do (or my name) and classify me as a healer.

I have a visceral reaction to that title being used loosely- it does not sit well with me. I think very few people truly hold the ability to heal another.

my working definition of healing itself is loose and flexible. at the core of what I consider my own healing journey, is the varied efforts and processes involved in seeing that my future & present have more in store for me than I am historically accustomed to: more love, more satisfaction, more knowledge, more joy, more connection, more adventure, more ease.

I call myself a facilitator because I do believe it is possible to craft environments where healing/repair are encouraged & supported.

for better or worse, I easily pick up on dissonant energy. in a certain light, that might sound like negativity bias. and to be truthful, when I am not well myself, it can be.

the silver lining is: the evolved function of being sensitive to dissonance is the capacity to advocate for balance.

my work, no matter the tool, is a testament to the power of integration. it is integration that creates room for a more aligned and holistic sense of self to emerge. those are the parts of us that know how to heal.
